Lean Management is part of our company strategy. Eskomatic’s Lean Management’s main mission is to streamline the work done in production, to be there where it happens and to help employees solve problems immediately.

Thinking in terms of flow, reducing variation and waste in a company’s processes improves its competitiveness and quality. Management uses daily management charts to clarify objectives and the allocation of tasks.

We use Lean 5S to improve productivity and maintain order and cleanliness. Quality boards are used to detect faults.

With Poka Yoke, we aim to prevent mistakes wherever possible.
