We machine parts from steels, aluminum, plastics, copper alloys, titanium, etc., with weights ranging from 0.0001 to 20 kg and batch sizes from 10 to 100,000 pieces. Our service offering includes turning, multi-task turning, Swiss-type turning, and machining with machining centers.
Products can be delivered shot-peened, vibratory finished, washed, and laser-marked, if required. Through our reliable subcontractor network, we can also arrange surface treatments and heat treatments for the products as needed.
We also deliver complete assembled products, including standard components and other parts that we do not manufacture ourselves. Furthermore, we can package products into the customer’s own pre-prepared packaging with all necessary markings.
Our production facility, equipped with nearly 50 machining centers, is modern and versatile. Our production capabilities comprise a wide range of CNC machining centers, industrial robots, collaborative robots, automatic saws, and coordinate measuring machines.
